Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program is seeking a dedicated, clinical-minded
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
to lead with compassion and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Supervision: Provide high-quality mentorship and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student interns.
- Parent Training: Empower families through evidence-based training and consistent collaboration.
- Data Analysis: Monitor client progress through rigorous data collection and adjust programming to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensure: Valid State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
- Experience: Proven clinical experience in ABA settings with strong ethical practice.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and a commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.
